A note on the name
The brand field and the title do not agree. The product record carries
Mamuth Wild Nature; the listing title begins with GartenExpress. This
page prints both and does not choose.
That is not pedantry. A marketplace listing can be published by a seller whose
catalogue brand differs from the name in the title, and a site that silently
picked one would be asserting something it does not know.
What the maker prints on its own page

19.7 mm, and why length is not enough
Three blades on this shelf are 46 cm long. Their central bores are 19.7 mm,
21 mm and unstated, and their outer hole arrangements are all different.
Length decides the swath. The bore and the outer holes decide whether the blade
goes on the machine at all, and they vary between makers who are otherwise
building the same size of mower.
A listing that gives the length and a machine list is asking to be trusted. One
that gives the bore and the hole spacing is asking to be checked, which is
better.
Mulching, and what it changes
A mulching blade has more cutting edge along its length and a lift profile that
keeps material circulating beneath the deck to be cut again, rather than
throwing it straight out into the catcher.
Fitted to a deck designed for mulching, that is the intended pairing. Fitted to
a collecting deck it does part of the job: the clippings are finer, and the
catcher fills less well because the airflow that fills it has been redirected.

Sold as a pair
Two blades. On a twin-blade deck that is the correct quantity; on a single-blade
machine it is a blade and a spare, which for a consumable part is not a bad
thing to have in the shed.
