The bearing

Every other wheel here either states a plain bush or says nothing. The
difference is real and it is what you are paying for:
A plain bush is a smooth cylinder the axle rubs inside. It is cheap, it
drags, and under load it wears into an oval — at which point the wheel wobbles,
the deck sits crooked, and the cut goes with it.
A rolling bearing rolls. It keeps its clearance for years under the same
load.
On a rear wheel of a self-propelled petrol machine — carrying the weight and
transmitting the drive — that is the correct specification and it is why this
is the most expensive wheel here.
The year warning, again
