None of them is about mulching. None says what is in the box.

A moulded plastic mulching wedge weighs a couple of hundred grams. A steel
mower blade for a 46 cm deck weighs several hundred more.
700 g packed — box, plug, and something substantial — is consistent with a kit
containing both a wedge and a blade, which is what the word “kit” means on this
shelf.
It is consistent with, not proof of. This page does not turn a packed weight
into a contents list.
Eight machines, two ranges
The useful part of the listing.
Two model ranges from the same manufacturer, eight designations named
individually. That is how these parts are bought: a mulching wedge fits one
deck opening and one only, and the machine name is the specification.
The word “kit”
Worth checking on this shelf before buying, because it is not used
consistently.
Three listings here are explicitly a wedge — a plug alone. Two are
explicitly a kit — a plug and a blade. Two, including this one, are titled
kit and do not itemise.
The price difference between a plug and a plug-plus-blade is substantial, and
the cheapest item here costs a sixth of the dearest.
