What the maker prints on its own page
Blade length 410 mm; thickness 3.5 mm. Central bore 21 mm, with adapters for
18, 16 and 10 mm. Outer hole 43 × 13 mm. Distance between the side holes,
outer edges 114 mm; inner edges 28 mm. The maker states that thanks to the
supplied adapter discs it fits most mowers, with bolt diameters of 10, 16 or
18 mm. Six hardened double springs are included.
A conversion, not a spare
This bolts on where a mower’s blade goes, and turns the machine into a
scarifier.
That is a genuine option and it is worth being clear about what it is not. The
working depth is set by the mower’s own cutting-height adjustment, which was
designed for grass and is coarse by scarifier standards. The deck was designed
to move light clippings on an airstream, and torn thatch is neither light nor
airborne. And the mower needs the torque to drag a row of sprung tines through
turf, which in practice means petrol.
Within those limits it works, and it costs a fraction of a machine.

makes the part checkable: take the mower’s blade off, measure it, compare.
The adapter discs
Three bolt diameters from one bore.
That is the piece of design that turns a part for one machine into a part for a
range, and it is why the listing can claim “most mowers” without a compatibility
list. The claim still needs checking — a bore that fits does not guarantee the
outer holes line up with the drive pins — and the dimensions above are how you
check it.
Six springs
The sprung double tines are the wearing part and they are supplied with the
bar rather than sold after.
