WORKPRO is on two hand-tool shelves here, and both entries buy their place with a mechanism.

The grass shear has a head that rotates, which turns one tool into two: blades horizontal for cutting grass at the edge of a bed, blades vertical for trimming the edge itself. On a shelf where the alternative is two separate tools, that is a real feature and it is stated as an angle rather than as an adjective.

The joint scraper is a long-handled type with a wooden grip — the standing version of a tool usually sold as a hand blade. The weeder shelf on this site contains two genuinely different articles under one German word: a taproot puller and a joint scraper, for two different problems. This one is the second, and the page says so.

Both listings state a length. On hand tools that is the specification that decides whether the job is done bent over or standing up, and on this shelf it is missing about as often as it is present.
