That is not an improvement of the same tool, it is a different job. A push sweeper clears a domestic lawn in an afternoon; this clears an acre behind a tractor and holds most of it before it needs emptying.

The machine is sold into both conventions and the listing carries both. This site prints what the maker printed, in both forms, rather than converting one into the other and producing a figure that appears nowhere.
The brush count, and the weight. The second matters more than usual here: an implement this size is manoeuvred by hand when it is off the tractor, and a 566-litre net full of wet leaves is a substantial load for the frame as well as for the hitch.

Because the tractor is not a family here and the thing pulled behind it is. Sweepers, spreaders and rollers all come in towed versions, and a reader with a ride-on is buying the implement rather than the machine. The page says which it is in its first line.
The maker states a universal hitch compatible with most lawn tractors, ATVs and UTVs. That is the seller’s claim, and the hitch height and pin arrangement on a particular machine are worth checking against it before ordering.
It is the volume of the net, stated also as 27 cubic feet. A net that size full of wet leaves is very heavy, and the practical limit is what the net and the frame will carry rather than what the volume implies.
