That is a seller limiting its returns rather than maximising its market, and it

designation covers two deck constructions, and they take different blades.

Hardening is a heat treatment, and its consequence is edge retention: the blade
stays sharp longer and is more brittle when it meets something solid. That is
the trade every cutting tool makes and it is the right one on a component that
is sharpened once a season.
It is a claim about process, not a measured figure, and this page reports it as
one.

No bore, no fixing arrangement, no thickness.
For the one named machine that is fine — the part number settles it. For
anybody else there is nothing to check, and this page will not read a fit out
